There are 1.8 billion websites worldwide. The average web design cost (which includes launching and designing it) is 12000–150000$. Simple arithmetic operations allow us to understand that trillions of dollars are spent on website creation. At the same time, 5 to 15 per cent of all sites will be abandoned before or shortly after delivery due to poor usability. This amounts to $150 billion lost. This loss can be avoided with a user-centred design approach. What does it mean for us? When your systems provide a poor user experience, you lose. A good designer never forgets to get to know all the new tips and tricks of user experience to find the best solution to the task.

But what if your task is to design the worst site ever? To fuckup in everything possible? To bust the customer and leave his account empty? Oh dear, sit more comfortably; I will be happy to help you achieve your goal.
