How we run Product Discovery at a design agency

Here I used a metaphor of how humans explore the universe to the product discovery. The unknowns are scary, but at the same time, exciting. Embrace the unknowns in your project, which brings opportunities at the same time.

5 years back, when I started my career at a design agency, there was no such thing called “product discovery”. My first project simply started with the client’s requests and then followed by designs, reviews, approvals, and finally deliveries. Everything seemed to be all right. But somehow, the project still failed.

Why?!!!
