Awesome Jen! I really like how you point out how we feel like the thoughts need to be already organized before we put them down. Going the ‘choose your own adventure’ route feels a bit disorganized, but we often forget that simplicity takes time…

This is one of the biggest benefit of whiteboard open discussions as well as one of the biggest challenges in product design. Reach the We can do it and share the We want do it as a whole team.

Cannot agree more. We religiously use whiteboards at my workplace and I can definitely tell the difference it makes compared to my previous work environments. Drastically improved collaboration and creation of ideas.
