It is a to-do-list that helps you accomplish 3 most important goals per day and celebrate achievements big & small!

How can we set ourselves up for achieving our new year resolutions successfully in 2018? 💪

We love to use daily task managers to set goals and improve our productivity. However, it usually takes many steps to create tasks content and set the reminders, due to the complex flow of existing task manager products. It is also hard to track progress among the tasks, which can result in more stress and anxiety.

Therefore, I designed this mindful daily task manager to help people form a habit of accomplishing the most important tasks per day and celebrating their achievements. People can easily set to-do-list with minimal steps like voice commands.

This was a four-day independent project. I tackled this design challenge from four dimensions:

1. Understand the problem;
2. Understand the users:
3. Map out user journey;
4. Interaction design and Prototype.

I conducted both user research and competitive analysis on to-do-lists people are using. Then I synthesized the research findings on whiteboard. This has been one of my favorite part of design.
I quickly interviewed 20 friends through Wechat to understand what daily task managers do they use, why do they used the products and what are the pain points they are experiencing.

Happy new year! If you enjoyed this article, please 👏 to help other people find it! Feedbacks and comments are highly welcome. Thank you.
