I'm curious about the final layout of the main form. Will the details about guests, tables, and menu options be displayed all at once after data entry, or will the user need to click on guests to view the list?
Either way, I think the concept is fantastic!

Great use of OOUX for tackling complexity. Supporting the users' mental models helps the users easily navigate the form. For the designers and developers, understanding and modeling the objects provides a formal approach to addressing future needs.
