Preface about Enshittification
According to George Carlin, "shit" falls in the category of dirty words. Those magical incantations that the society agreed not to use at all, except for some special occasions, based on context, criteria or percentage of alcohol in the blood.
Suppose the word "shit" offends my dear reader, my apologies. I assure you that the circumstances I am about to describe have become so annoyingly common that you will also agree that the only proper way to describe it is by using improper terms.
