Designers and change makers who work in the social outcomes space are passionate people who want to help and support change in the world, yet it can be very easy for them to do harm, despite their very best intentions. Interesting. Certainly an area that is lacking expertise. I first encountered issues when looking for resources for people bereaved by suicide - my experience was appalling.
