May I ask you something, though. As a Creative Director in a great company like R/GA, do you actually use these kinds of job boards to find/hire your designers? If so, which one do you use the most?

I used UXjobsites.com (http://uxjobsites.com/) to get my current job, its simply a website dedicated to helping you get a UX design job, you get all the possible list of websites to explore, templates like cover letters and resume from the website. Thank me later
