Food for thought, indeed!

The seven fundamental principles of design were introduced to the world by Don Norman in his book The Design of Everyday Things, which has become essential reading for UX designers.

I’ve read that book 10 times over. It’s brilliant. But have most UX designers paid attention to its contents? How many pieces of software take into account, for example the ergonomics of the devices they are used on?

Hardware has limitations…
