Great article, Carien! User research is so valuable, but it's quality is so dependent on how the research is done. Really appreciate you digging into the importance of asking good, unbiased questions in our research work.

Your insights on avoiding leading questions in user research are incredibly valuable! It’s interesting how even seasoned researchers can fall into the trap of asking biased questions.
