I think companies will slowly start to realize that once nobody wants to buy their products crammed with pretty but useless stuff.

A great designer doesn’t just solve problems they anticipate user needs, eliminate friction, and create intuitive pathways that feel almost invisible. It’s where empathy meets innovation, and every pixel serves a purpose

The best designers aren’t just making things look good, they’re shaping what actually gets built. It’s wild how often companies skip the “should we build this?” step and end up wasting time and money. Totally agree that designers who lean into strategy and problem-framing will be the real game-changers.
